Every job is unique, and physical training needs to reflect the demands of each workplace.
Human Performance Science specialises in the functional fitness of personnel in military and emergency service organisations. Our team of sports scientists have spent years working with these industries to understand their unique physical demands, and how to train for them. We have partnered with the producers of the online training platform, My PT Hub, to develop tailored online training programs.

WANT A TASTE?
Before purchasing a program, we have provided a demo program to give you a taste of what you will be signing up for. This program is for 2 weeks, and provides a sample of the sessions we include in different programs. It is completely free. You can access this program here: HUMAN PERFORMANCE SCIENCE DEMO PROGRAM. Once you click on the link it will ask you for your name, email address and to create a password.
Navigate your way to the SCHEDULE section of the dashboard to find the sessions laid out for each week. You can then click on a session to see what's included. For gym sessions, you can also click on the photo of the exercise for a video demonstration of the exercise.
